BECAUSE OF COVID19 IT TAKES LONGER FOR PACKAGES TO BE RELEASED BY CUSTOMS.

My shop is based in Portugal (Europe) and for every destination that is not part of EU, it can take up to three months for your order to arrive. I know it's a long time, but please be patient. I cannot control the speed at which mail is delivered.

Yes, I do ship to the UK.

 

Under normal circunstances, it can take up to three months for your package to arrive. With covid, this time has sometimes been longer, depending on where you live. Some countries are also not accepting mail from Portugal because of lockdown restrictions. The list of those countries is not always up to date online, and I will only be sure if I can send it to your country once I go to the post office. If by any reason I can't ship it to you, I'll get in contact with you through email.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

 

All orders go out to you through my country's postal service (ctt). All shipping starts at 8€50 for one item and increses with weight, without tracking number. If you want tracking, you need to manually add it.The no tracking also means that if your order gets lost, there's nothing I can do about that. Please understand that once the order leaves my hands, it's out of my control. With tracking number however, your order is insured against loss.

If your package is returned to me for any reason that wasn't my wrong doing (normally because you typed the address wrong or because there was no one to pick it up), I'll only pay half the shipping price to send it back to you. If it gets returned a second time, you have to pay the shipping by full yourself. I'm sorry but you have to met me halfway here. Thank you.

All your orders are properly wrapped and protected for transportation. I haven't yet had anyone say that their order got any damages during transportation. Even the ones that are returned to me, after tumbling around the world, they arrived in good condition, so unless your post office runs over it, it will arrive in one piece to your hands.

 

COMBINE SHIPPING // ADDRESS CHANGE

If you place multiple orders and you haven't received an email saying your order has shipped, you can combine them to save yourself some money on shipping.

All you have to do is send me an email.

Subject: Combine Shipping (or Adress change. etc)
Email contents: Name used on the order(s) + Order(s) numbers

I'll then refund you the surplus that you paid for shipping as soon as possible.

If at any moment you need to change your address or if you have any other concern about your order, or you  just eant to get in touch with me for any reason, just send me an email. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

P.S. I try to use as many recycled and reused products as I can when I pack your orders, so please, dispose of them correctly and ecologically as well. Let's all help our little planet whenever we can.
